Start with 3/4 inch thick plywood base.

Add some rope.

Put garbage can in place.

Fill garbage can with water.

Assemble wind tower in horizontal position. Center pole slides down through two bushings and rests on lower shelf.

Center pole will swivel on this caster which is bolted to lower shelf.

Raise wind tower.

_____________________

Slide tower into place over plywood base.

_____________________

Loop ropes over four corners.

_____________________

Tighten ropes.

_____________________

The wind turbine is ready to go!
